Vorher wurden die Streckenabschnitte K\u00f6ln Deutz &#8211; Hennef &#8211; Eitorf fertiggestellt. Die Lokomotive und das Personal kamen aus England. Am 10.1.1861 wurde das vierte 28,58 km lange Teilstueck der Bahnstrecke Wissen &#8211; Siegen eroeffnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die geplante Eroeffnungsfeier wurde abgesagt, da Koenig Friedrich Wilhelm IV am 2.1.1861 verstorben war. In Betzdorf begann man mit dem Bau einer Eisenbahnwerkstatt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am 1. Januar 1879 verkaufte die K\u00f6ln Mindener Eisenbahngesellschaft alle ihre Strecken f\u00fcr 503 Millionen RM an den preu\u00dfischen Staat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
